When you are, after an initial telephone or video call, I ask all clients to complete a detailed application form, designed to capture information on your current lifestyle, eating habits, dieting history and
current weight /measurements.
Based on this, I will build your
personalised nutrition plan,
complete with your own calorie and macro nutrient targets - specific to the goals you
would like to achieve

Feedback is delivered via a live update video (which can be watched at any time) to help explain why and how things are happening, and any changes required.
