All clients submit a weekly written check-in, using specific nutrition coaching software.
This can be accessed anywhere, anytime. Location (or social distancing) is not an issue.

Along side this an update video, is also encouraged as this allows greater levels of communication and explanation behind comments in the written check-in.
As a coach, this is invaluable to receive and is encouraged. Being more open and honest, means I have more information to support your journey.
I will review your check-in and provide guidance, suggestions and/or make necessary changes to your nutrition plan.
Feedback is typically delivered via a live update video (which can be watched at any time) to help explain why and how things are happening, and any changes required.
