Dropping a dress size (or two) is not an easy process. We all have our own day to day challenges (life, family, work stress) to overcome, which can derail even the most motivated and dedicated of us! This is why I do not believe in “cookie cutter” plans, or “quick fix transformation.” Nor do I offer group coaching (which many online coaches provide).
The process requires commitment, which means you need to be 100% ready to start your weight loss journey.
After an initial telephone or video call, I ask all my clients to complete a detailed application form, designed to capture information on your current lifestyle, eating habits, dieting history and current weight /measurements. Based on this, I will build your personalised nutrition plan, complete with your own calorie and macro nutrient targets - specific to the goals
Maintaining weight and physique (i.e. stopping 'yo yo dieting') is renowned for being harder than the process itself.
This is why a gradual loss over time is important, as it allows you to slowly build new, healthier habits that work for you.
Through caring and compassionate coaching, I work with each client to make gradual changes to eating habits, mindset and behaviours that will revitalise (even liberate) your relationship with food - so no more food guilt.
In doing so I will not only just focus on establishing better eating habits and behaviours, but also on sleep, quality, quantity, energy levels, lifestyle and general life stresses.
These can all have an impact on how we feel and our wellbeing.
My goal is to empower you to be the best version of yourself.
After all, there is no point in losing weight if you feel miserable right?
Accountability is key as it helps ensure consistency and increases the chances of you achieving the results you want.
This is why, I have weekly check ins with each and every client.
All clients submit a weekly written check-in, using specific nutrition coaching software.
This can be accessed anywhere, anytime. Location (or social distancing) is not an issue.
Along side this an update video, is also encouraged as this allows greater levels of communication and explanation behind comments in the written check-in.
As a coach, this is invaluable to receive and is encouraged. Being more open and honest, means I have more information to support your journey.
I will review your check-in and provide guidance, suggestions and/or make necessary changes to your nutrition plan.
Feedback is typically delivered via a live update video (which can be watched at any time) to help explain why and how things are happening, and any changes required.
